Capital punishment is actually the minutest form of legal
murdering. George Bush senior, as President of the United
States, laid waste the nation of Iraq when he unleashed
the mightiest military machine on the planet against a
virtually defenseless population. This murdering, too,
was applauded by society and was fully supported by the
international community. After this, the devastated
nation became isolated by economic sanction and
repeatedly bombed for over ten years. One of the UN
observers gleefully remarked that the sanctions are
working, they are killing thousands of people through
famine and disease. Well over a million people have been
murdered by the sanctions, most of them children. Some
families have lost everyone of their children. And even
now, the international community refuses to relent. The sad truth is, that this grotesque mass killing of human beings is still minute in the over all scale of legal murdering that the Anglo-American leaders have caused to be carried out. By 1975 the long standing British depopulation ideology against the third world nations was formally adopted as American foreign policy towards Africa. The reason for the depopulation policy against Africa was given in the National Security Memorandum 220, where the stated goal was to prevent the population of Africa from using up the resources of the continent which the USA and its allies might require in future years. Six years after this policy commitment the AIDS virus erupted which has evidently been produced under this policy either in laboratories or by spreading a blanket of poverty and war across the continent. Indeed, Lyndon LaRouche had commissioned a scientific study in 1973 which showed that a biological holocaust would be the inevitable consequence if the looting and deprivation of Africa was to continue.
